Michael Hawthorne

Michael is a Director of Development at OUTPOST, with extensive Real Estate experience delivering multi-million pound projects. Prior to joining OUTPOST, Michael was Director of Development at SUSD and provided Development Consultancy and Technical Due Diligence on projects totaling over £1 billion in GDV. He has worked with leading Real Estate Investment Funds and a diverse portfolio of Developers, including The Collective - the world’s largest Co-Living developer and Top Hat Industries - the UK’s most advanced fully automated Modular company.

Michael holds a Construction Management and Surveying BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Reading and is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building.
