Enclave’s first development Enclave: KX, is now open and has welcomed its first residents. It features 121 outstanding apartments, set in landscaped urban gardens directly on London’s Regent’s Canal, with farreaching views over King’s Cross and the city skyline beyond.

Enclave: KX residents can enjoy a range of high-end services and amenities, from relaxing in the Panoramic Sky Lounge, doing sunrise yoga on the Penthouse Roof Terrace, or hosting conferences in one of the telepresence board rooms. Whether working or entertaining, residents can utilise well-appointed meeting rooms and a beautiful indoor-outdoor private dining suite, all freely bookable directly through the dedicated building team or online. Co-working spaces are located across the development, giving residents access to flexible office space to support today’s blended working reality. In addition, residents can expect further enhancements later this year with the opening of a new executive gym, peloton studio and pet spa. All homes feature modernist interiors, perfect for contemporary living. Available either furnished or unfurnished, the one, two and three bedroom apartments all include underfloor heating, high ceilings and large windows, and have at least one balcony. The interiors concept, designed exclusively in partnership with UK studio Kibre, uses a calm, warm colour palette throughout the internal spaces. Bespoke furniture and soft furnishings ensure each of the homes are as unique and individual as their residents. Artwork at Enclave: KX was also curated in partnership with local and national artists and Getty Images to enhance the internal spaces through a number of creative interventions. North London artist George Lawrence was commissioned to provide an array of bespoke artworks, drawing inspiration from the area’s industrial past. Each of George’s pieces is custom-made for its specific placement, adding to the unique feel of each of the communal areas and private apartments.
Extensive landscaping, ground floor gardens and terraces create an urban oasis, enhancing local biodiversity and providing restful spaces. Residents are encouraged to harvest herbs from one of the building’s terraced allotments. Pets are warmly welcomed across the development, with a Pet Wash service available to residents.
The Enclave: KX team is on-site 24/7, offering high-quality concierge and services, helping with resident queries, signing in guests or accepting deliveries. A ‘butlered’ mail service ensures that parcels received are personally delivered to their recipients’ apartments. For peace of mind, residents can also rely on the support of an on-site Maintenance Engineer, with bespoke cleaning services available.
Located adjacent to King’s Cross and St. Pancras International train and underground stations, and overlooking the King’s Cross canal basin, residents are only a stone’s throw from the buzz of Coal Drops Yard for shopping, drinks and delicious meals in one of the area’s many cafes, bars and restaurants. Cyclists are also well catered for, with extensive ride-in cycle storage available, as well as the dedicated peloton suite.
